level European Yoga Alliance Teacher Registry All graduates from a European Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (E.R.Y.S.) are eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T.) in European Yoga Alliance´s continenyal Yoga Teacher Registry. The Registry is not itself a certification program, rather, it is a listing of Yoga teachers whose training and experience meets the International Yoga Federation and European Alliance´s minimum standards. European Yoga Alliance is a voluntary alliance of diverse Yoga organizations and teachers dedicated to upholding the integrity of Yoga, maintaining voluntary national standards for Yoga teachers and providing support for Yoga professionals in Europe. European Yoga Alliance is making every effort to inform the public of the Registry. Yoga Alliance will also provide networking and support for all Yoga teachers, registered or not, Europe. resident or not. European Yoga Alliance invites your participation and comments. *(The registered Yoga Schools or Teachers from Yoga Alliance of U.S are not valid for Europe, because they are National Yoga Alliance in another continent) To register, complete the application below and send it with your registration fee to European Yoga Alliance at the address below. Upon approval, Yoga Alliance will send you its Registry Mark, which you may use in your promotional efforts. The following is excerpted from the full application : Ethical Standards and Continuing Education European Yoga Alliance expects Registered Yoga Teachers to live up to the highest ethical standards. In addition, we believe that successful Yoga teaching requires continued learning and renewal We have therefore adopted a general policy for Continuing Education: R.Y.T.´s are required to be actively engaged in formal professional training and development of their skills as a Yoga teacher every year. Specific Continuing Education requirements are being designed and will be detailed in upcoming publications. When the Continuing Education requirements are in place, R.Y.T.´s will be required to submit records of their Continuing Education with the annual renewal form. R.Y.S. (Registered Yoga Teacher) after your name (together referred to as "Registry Mark"), which indicates to the public that you meet the European Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Registry Minimum standards as of the date of granting your use of the Registry Mark. At any time that you no longer meet any one or more of said requirements, it is your responsibility to inform European Yoga Alliance. European Yoga Alliance retains the right to review your credentials, requiest updated information, and revoke your right to use the Registry Mark at any time. To Complete Your Application, enclose a copy of your certificate and the registration fee of $50 Euros if a resident of Europe , or $60 Euros if an international applicant (use an international money order) OR provide credit card information below (MasterCard or Visa). NOTE: Payment is not deposited until application is approved. The annual renewal fee is currently $40 or $60 respectively. These fees are subject to change.
